The secrets for the perfect maturation and smoking of our salami - made using natural methods - have been handed down and stored in Levoni for over 100 years, so there is no use in hiding that salami is a passion for us, and we like it so much that we wanted to enhance it with more of 40 different recipes: delicate, smoked, spicy, coarse-grained, fine-grained ...
