Crusty homemade loaf
Salame Ventricina Levoni
Mozzarella
Sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation

Cut the bread into slices, drain and slice the mozzarella. Fill the sandwich starting with the mozzarella, followed by slices of Ventricina Levoni and finish off with the sun-dried tomatoes. Buon Appetito!

Cirò Rosso, a ruby red wine with a delicate, intensely winey bouquet and a dry full-bodied taste.

Choose a light well-chilled lager.
