8 thick slices LO SPEZIALE Levoni salami
10 g flour
10 g grated Puccia bread
10 ml olive oil
salt and pepper
Coat the slices of LO SPEZIALE salami in breadcrumbs passing them first in the flour, then in the egg and eventually in the grated Puccia bread. Fry the breaded slices in oil at 180° C for two minutes, dry the excess oil and salt. Prepare the avocado cream by whisking the avocado, oil, salt and pepper. Serve the fried LO SPEZIALE garnished with the avocado cream.
