INGREDIENTS:

6 thick slices LO SPEZIALE Levoni salami
½ Vinschgerle (rye bread)
5 grapes pink grape    
10 g chives
50 ml water
25 g sugar
25 g red wine vinegar

Preparation

Dice Vinschgerle finely. Finely chop the chives and cut grapes in half by removing seeds. Prepare a dressing by bringing water with sugar and vinegar to the boil. Sauté the slices of LO SPEZIALE salami in a pan until they are crisp. Pour the dressing over LO SPEZIALE and make it thicken. Add the bread cut into cubes, chives and grapes, and sauté in the pan for a few minutes.
