BRETZEL WITH LO SPEZIALE

INGREDIENTS:
1 Brezel (typical baked bread product from Alto Adige made from dough most commonly shaped into a twisted knot)
8 slices LO SPEZIALE Levoni salami
20 g salted butter
10 g green olives
Salad (dill, basil, frisée salad or to taste)
10 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
salt

Preparation
Cut the Brezel in half. Alternatively put a slice of LO SPEZIALE salami and a slice of cold salted butter on one half of the Brezel. Cut the olives into small pieces. In a bowl season the salad with olive oil, salt, honey and chopped olives. Place the salad on top of the slices of LO SPEZIALE salami and of butter.
