The chicken breast is steamed, firm and with a light colour. Slightly fragrant. The chicken breast with aromatic herbs is characterised by the presence of sage, rosemary, bay leaves and thyme. Its flavour is clear, simple and well balanced.

The chicken breast is very versatile; it is sliced into a slicer, to obtain thin slices. Excellent also cut thicker to obtain strips or small cubes.

Food pairings                                                
The simplest preparation is to eat it thinly sliced and seasoned with oil and lemon. For a more delicious dish, prepare a tuna sauce with which to enrich it. When diced, it is delicious in salads to make them fresh and creative with pomegranate seeds, apple slices or orange wedges. Very good also in cubes with a valerian and fennel salad topped with an emulsion of lemon oil and mustard.
