The simplest preparation is to eat it thinly sliced and seasoned with oil and lemon. For a more delicious dish, prepare a tuna sauce with which to enrich it. When diced, it is delicious in salads to make them fresh and creative with pomegranate seeds, apple slices or orange wedges. Very good also in cubes with a valerian and fennel salad topped with an emulsion of lemon oil and mustard.
