Tasting tips
For delicious, festive moments, cut strictly by knife into not too thick slices. Just like other aged and cured meats, it has a full flavour and aromas best appreciated at room temperature. Its rich aroma pairs perfectly with mature and semi-mature cheeses, whose strong flavours and aromas balance the intensity of the truffle. Serve it with rustic bread sticks, freshly toasted slices of bread and soft, not too full-bodied red wines.
