ROSETTA BREAD WITH LO SPEZIALE

INGREDIENTS:

1 Rosetta bread 
8 slices LO SPEZIALE Levoni salami
20 g red lollo lettuce
5 g di parsley lemon zest
10 g feta cheese
5 g pine nuts
10 ml olive oil

Preparation

Cut the Rosetta bread in half. Lay the slices of LO SPEZIALE salami on one half of the Rosetta bread. Wash lettuce and cut it into small pieces. Prepare the gremolata by mixing together chopped parsley and lemon zest, pine nuts, olive oil and salt. Dice the feta cheese. Put the red lollo lettuce and feta cheese on top of LO SPEZIALE and garnish with the gremolata.
