Whole wheat bread
Prosciutto cotto - cooked ham Corona Levoni
Sweet Italian pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Finely slice the onions and allow them to soften in a frying pan with a little extra-virgin olive oil over a low heat. Clean and de-seed the sweet Italian peppers, add them to the pan, season with salt and pepper; leave the ingredients to cook for around 10 minutes. Slice the bread and spread the cheese on both pieces, fill with Prosciutto cotto Corona Levoni and the Italian sweet peppers. It's too good to be true.
