12 very thin slices LO SPEZIALE Levoni salami
50 g burrata (filled, spun-curd cheese)
10 g black olives
5 ml olive oil
Arrange LO SPEZIALE on a flat plate. Place the burrata cheese on top of LO SPEZIALE salami carpaccio and season with oil and salt. Blend the black olives and arrange them on a cloth until they dry out. Garnish the dish with the obtained olive powder.
