Robiola cheese

Preparation

Grill the eggplant - keeping them soft. Spread the Robiola cheese on top of the eggplant slices - a generous layer. Lay down a slice of Levoni Salame  - thinly cut. Keep adding layers of grilled eggplants, cheese and salame. Serve your “millefoglie” gourmet and delicious.
