1 Focaccia bread
8 slices LO SPEZIALE Levoni salami
1 marinated artichoke 
30 g mayonnaise
5 g garlic (optional)

Preparation

Cut the Focaccia bread in half. Lay the slices of LO SPEZIALE salami on one half of the Focaccia. Place the marinated artichoke cut into slices on top of LO SPEZIALE and garnish with the mayonnaise. If one wishes to give the mayonnaise a sharper taste, add finely chopped garlic.
