Subject: Information pursuant to and in accordance with Article 13 GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Legislative Decree 196 of June 30, 2003, as amended and supplemented
Dear Madam/Sir,
Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, Levoni S.p.a. hereby informs you that the personal information you provide to the undersigned company is subject to processing as outlined by the aforementioned law. Processing includes any operation or set of operations conducted with or without the use of electronic or automated means pertaining to the collection, recording, consultation, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion, and destruction of data subjects’ personal data.
The data controller is Levoni S.p.a., with headquarters in Via G. Matteotti 23, 46014 Castellucchio (MN).
The purposes of this processing are as follows:
1) Providing services under the project reserved for “Stazione Levoni” customers, specifically for:
- Shipping gadgets, giveaways, and professional equipment,
- Inviting delicatessen professionals to training courses,
- Offering online visibility on Levoni's digital channels,
- Providing the opportunity to pre-taste and review new products.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b), namely, the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
Communications related to the aforementioned purposes will be transmitted using the data you provided, i.e., e-mail address and/or telephone number.
For the conclusion and execution of the privileged contractual relationship, the collection of personal data is mandatory. Therefore, failure to provide this information will result in the impossibility to manage the “Stazione Levoni” project, including sending promotions, discounts, and information on the latest trends in delicatessen reserved for “Stazione Levoni” customers.
The legal basis for the processing is therefore the consent of the data subject, which you are free to express. Failure to express consent will not affect the fulfillment of the purposes outlined in point 1) of this notice.
The data processed for this purpose will be retained until you request deletion.
The data in question will not be disseminated, but it will – or may be – communicated to parties operating within the scope of the aforementioned purposes. Specifically, this data will — or may be — shared with entities both inside and outside the Data Controller’s organization to facilitate service provision (e.g., couriers, forwarders, marketing agencies collaborating with the Owner, etc.), as authorized by the Data Controller.
You may exercise your rights by contacting the Data Controller’s Privacy Service to have your data corrected, supplemented, updated, and deleted, or to restrict or object to the processing of your data pursuant to Articles 15 and subsequent of EU Regulation 679/2016.
