Pairing and Wines
With a strong flavor, when it is hot, it goes well with a good mustard, horseradish sauce, Bordeaux sauce, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, spinach, vegetable casserole like artichokes. Cold in appetizer with the mixed pickled vegetables, excellent with raw vegetables.
The most suitable wines are red, full-bodied and structured like Amarone della Valpolicella, Barolo GCDO, Brunello di Montalcino GCDO, Rosso Piceno CDO, Taurasi GCDO.
