Organoleptic
properties

Handcrafted appearance with a beautiful dark red color. The slice boasts medium mincing and a nice bright red colour, a persistent aroma. Upon tasting the sweet contrast of meats and spicy contrast of chili pepper stand out, balanced by paprika. The flavour is complex with notes of matured meat, the bouquet of spices with a smoky note stands out.

Cut into 2-3 mm slices with a knife, slantwise to obtain a nice oval slice. Arrange them on cutting board in patterns.

Pairing and Wines

Delicious when eaten on its own. Exceptional on pizza. Ideal as an appetizer with olives or cheese. Perfect in sauces to dress pasta.



We propose a Cirò CDO Rosé, wine made from Gaglioppo grapes trapping Mediterranean scents. The slightly vinous aroma has clear notes reminiscent of flowers, the flavour is dry, moderately tannic and with a light bitterish streak.
