SAN DANIELE DOP CONTESSA
Prosciutto obtained only from the best legs branded San Daniele. Matured 18 and 24 months, it gives an intense aroma and a fully-developed, composite flavour with a stronger aftertaste.
PARMA DOP DON ROMEO
Prosciutto di Parma DOP, matured 20 months. Strong, persistent aroma, when sliced, it is soft, its unique sweetness is given by the climate conditions of the production area.
Only the finest part of prosciutto is used to produce the Culatta. The maturation of at least 12 months gives roundness and sweetness to the flavour combined with a balanced aromatic quality for a one-of-a-kind aroma and flavour.
CULATELLO DI ZIBELLO DOP
Deli meat that originates in areas characterised by cold, foggy winters and sunny summers in the areas surrounding the Po river banks, near Zibello. The slow maturation in a humid environment gives it its typical flavour.
