1 slice mother yeast bread
8 slices LO SPEZIALE Levoni salami
½ avocado
20 g chives
20 g di mayonnaise
Cut the avocado into thin slices and lay them on the slice of bread alternating with the slices of LO SPEZIALE salami.
Whisk the chives and mayonnaise, and put a few drops on top of the avocado. Garnish with some fresh chives.
