It matches perfectly with Mortadella Etrusca, one of Levoni’s specialties with selected whole pistachio nuts and ham trimmings making it leaner. It is characterised by its flat shape, its aroma and delicate taste.
Matches also with Schiacciata Romana, a typical product from central/southern Italy, particularly from Lazio. The paste, very finely minced, is characterised by the addition of large compact and uniform pieces of lard and whole black peppercorns. What is particular is its flattened shape and typically mild taste.
