This wine comes from Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Rossignola, Barbera, and Sangiovese grapes… Essentially, the Corvina contributes in giving the wine body, the Rondinella gives it its typical herbaceous hint, while the other vines compete to provide freshness and softness. A classic accompaniment.
It makes an interesting pairing with Carne Salada.
Typical product of the Trentino region, low in fat and very soft. It is made with the best beef meat, flavoured with salt and spices for at least 20 days. The taste is typical and aromatic.
