This wine makes a good pairing with Pork Bresaola, seasoned pork loin, therefore a very lean product. The raw material is dry-salted, respecting all the canons of Bresaola production. The slow maturation and delicate aromatizing give the product a mild delicate taste that is lightly spicy and characteristic.
