Less powerful, concentrated and long-lived than Sagrantino, but very drinkable and soft, this wine has decidedly fruity perfumes, full flavour and a roundness at times interrupted by faintly tannic sensations.
It makes an interesting pairing with Corallina.
An Easter salami from the pork-butchers’ tradition of Umbria. This salami has many peculiarities: almost one metre in length, finely-minced paste with large pieces of lard and whole peppercorns. Very delicate, slightly spicy taste.
