This wine makes a good pairing with Ventricina, a typical product of the lands of Abruzzo and Molise. It is characterised by the presence of lean meat, ham, and tenderloin, coarsely minced with diced pieces of pancetta.
The taste is particular, mild yet hot at the same time, thanks to the presence of red chilli peppers and fennel seeds.
