Lacrima di Morro d’Alba Doc

To be drunk young, when it unleashes a delicate and characteristic perfume that is vinous, fruity/floral of strawberry, cherry, blueberry and violet. Piqued and intriguing in its taste, with a fairly full-bodied structure, a dry taste and tannin that is never too pungent.

This wine makes a good pairing with Smoked Guanciale.
Pork cheeks, with the rind removed, salted and smoked slowly and naturally. Obtained from pigs born and bred in Italy. Its taste is characteristic, delicate and smoked.
Gluten, lactose and milk proteins free.
