Grignolino is a red wine with very particular characteristics that make it stand out and ennoble it as one of the most interesting alternative drinks. Its perfume is intense and fruity with floral and brushwood hints. The flavour is fresh, spicy, dry, slightly tannic and inviting.

Selected cooked tongue, flavoured in brine and then steamed. For consumption, simply plunge the bag in a pot full of water, bring water to boiling and let boil for 30 minutes. It is excellent served warm with other boiled meats and accompanied by the traditional Italian green sauce. It does not contain gluten and lactose, with no added polyphosphates.
