Barbera d’Asti Docg

To be enjoyed when still very young and above all when not matured in wood: a wine that is fresh, fruity, and immediate. To the nose it is exuberant and a complex of red fruits with persistent peppery notes.

It matches perfectly with Mild cooked skin-on Pancetta.
Made up of three kinds of Pancetta superimposed: the outer ones have their rind, while the one in the middle is without any and is leaner. This product, steam cooked, is very tender with a delicate taste.
