Put into natural casing and tied by hand, it has a quite large cylindrical shape, featured by small irregularities. It is an exclusive Levoni recipe. The consistency is soft, its high quality meats are thick and the fat and low-fat parts are well blended. The fragrance, lightly spiced, recalls the good scents of mushrooms and of the fruit fermenting of the countryside wine cellar. The aromas reappear in the taste, delicate and at the same time vigorous, characterised by persistent sensations. It tastes excellent with the “Ferrarese couple”, durum wheat bread with a soft heart, easy to find all around Italian bakeries.
