An exclusive Levoni product, a high quality salami, obtained by noble and low-fat meats, worked by hand with the knife and put into natural casing. It has a fragrant scent and spiced hints that can be perceived harmoniously even when tasted.
The taste is sweet, refined and pleasant, and recalls fresh spring fragrances. The thick, solid and homogeneous slice enlightens the ruby red of the low-fat sections and the unevenness of the white fat. The advised bread is the Vastedda.
The name stands for a round bran loaf, produced nowadays all around Sicily. Such typology of bread can nevertheless be easily found in bakeries all over Italy.
