Suisì products use high quality Italian pork as their main ingredient. The raw material comes from the Mec Carni spa abattoir, one of the most modern, internationally recognised pig abattoirs (www.mec-carni.it).

Suisì is a small company, similar to an artisan workshop where the products are highly labour-intensive. In fact, our operators prepare all the products by hand: they bread loin minute steaks one by one; they prepare meat skewers, rolls and mixes for meat balls, etc..
