For 6 people:
- 250 g of flour
- 2 dl of milk
- 70 g of grated grana
- 60 g of molten butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
- 200 g of culatello
- butter and flour for the moulds
In a bowl, mix the flour with eggs, the molten butter, grana, yeast and a bit of salt.
Work out briefly with a wooden spoon until you will obtain a soft pastry.
Butter and cover in flour 6 muffin moulds, fill them with the mixture and bake at 180° for about 30 minutes.
Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool down, cut them in three layers, stuff with the culatello slices, recompose and cut each of them into 4 slices, and fasten them with a toothpick.
