Orange pork shins

For 6 people:

  • 3 precook pork shins
  • 4 oranges
  • white wine
  • extra virgin olive oil

Cut two oranges into thin slices and squeeze the juice from the remaining oranges.
In a baking tray pour some oil and arrange the slices of orange on the bottom.
Place the shins over them, spray with the orange juice and some wine, and add some pieces of butter.
Put in oven and bake at 200° for about 40 minutes, turning the shins at the halfway cooking point and spreading from time to time with the cooking sauce.
Serve the shins with orange slices and the filtered remaining cooking liquid.
