For 6 people:
- 24 thin slices of smoked filone
- 150 g of valerian
- 2 pink grapefruits
- 1 orange
- extra virgin olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
Peel the citrus fruits over a bowl in order to keep the juice, cut the segments into small pieces.
Emulsify, with the help of a fork, the juice of the fruits with oil and a bit of salt.
In a bowl dress the salad and the pieces of fruits with the vinaigrette.
Arrange the slices of filone on a work surface and stuff them with some salad and fruits, then roll up.
Pierce the wrap with a fork and serve on a tray.
