- Difficulty: Bassa
- 125 g flour
- 80 g of milk
- 2 frankfurters not too big
- 30 g of soft butter
- 1 teaspoon of yeast for quiches
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small egg
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 5 teaspoons of salt
Once you have weighed all the ingredients with the help of your cooking assistant, pour the flour with the salt in a bowl, add the grated cheese, the rosemary and mix well. Now you have to add the butter in small pieces and with the help of a fork smash it well to form many small crumbs. Cut the frankfurter in thin slices, plunge them into the dough and mix some more. Now it’s the turn of the milk: add it a little bit at a time until the dough is soft but not too much. Cover in flour the working table and roll out the dough with the rolling pin to a thickness of about 3 cm, then with a pastry cutter or a glass cut 4 super cookies. Carefully transfer them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and well-spaced between them. Whisk the egg in a bowl with a little water and lightly brush the surface of the cookies, before transferring them immediately in the oven at 200° degrees for 18-20 minutes. Once ready, let them cool down completely before serving.
