- 1 slice of mortadella at least 1 cm thick
- 2 eggs
- corn flakes
- 6 small pieces of sliced cheese
These mortadella cutlets are very tasty and original and they are so easy to prepare!
First of all cut the mortadella with your preferred cookie cutter shape and make so many “chops”. Then whip in a deep dish eggs with a pinch of salt and then crumble the cornflakes into another dish.
Now take a mortadella cutlet, place a piece of cheese on its centre and cover it with another mortadella cutlet pressing them well.
Now pass the cutlet first into the flour to cover it completely, then plunge it in the egg and then in the cornflakes; pressing firmly so that they remain attached.
Schnitzel system on a baking sheet and proceed similarly with the other chops, then baked at 200° for 15 minutes.
