- 4 slices of bread for bruschetta
- 100 g of tomato sauce
- 2 frankfurters
- 1 mozzarella
First, arrange the bread slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Spread each slice of bread with the tomato sauce and then add the frankfurter cut in slices, the mozzarella and flavour with a few oregano. Ask your helper to put it in the oven at 200° degrees for 10 minutes. And here is a super bruschetta, really tasty! Remember to cut the mozzarella into small pieces and put them into a colander so they lose all the milk. You can fill your bruschetta with many other ingredients such as cured meats and vegetables boiled or grilled.
