Levoni mortadella is characterised by an exclusive and delicate flavour that makes it highly digestible. Its taste is hearty, yet delicate and mild thanks to the slow cooking process.
Levoni offers this product in a wide range of sizes weighing from 500 grams to 100 kilos, which are also made with selected whole pistachio nuts. Larger mortadellas are tied with twine by hand.
