Matured shoulder
Levoni speciality of the ancient deli meat tradition of northern Italy, which had been lost in time.
It is obtained from the front part of the best pigs bred in Italy weighing no less than 170 kg. The only ingredient used is salt. The selected shoulders are matured at least 12 months in Lesignano de’ Bagni, near Langhirano. Taste is harmoniously mild and delicate.
