Paisanella
The recipe for this salami was created by Levoni in the 50s, specifically for Sicily. Since then, Paisanella has been adopted by the Sicilians as a traditional salami and over the years there have been several attempts to imitate it.
It is a large-sized salami, with a coarse knife-cut grain, a mild and delicate flavour and a tender texture.
