 The success of the specialised training courses organised by Levoni called Il Maialino d'Argento is confirmed by the more than 1,000 Italian customers who have attended them. Over 500 attendees received the prestigious Maestro Salumiere diploma for having successfully completed the first cycle of training courses that dealt with the following subjects:
