| Most of Levoni’s production takes place at the Castellucchio plant: salamis, Mortadella, cooked hams, Pancetta, lard and all speciality products. From here, all Levoni deli meats are shipped to the best stores in Italy and the rest of the world. |

| Mec Carni, one of the most advanced internationally recognised abattoirs, specialises in pig slaughtering and pork cutting. The company slaughters approximately 12,000 head per week. |

| The maturation of dry-cured hams takes place in the ham factories of San Daniele del Friuli (Udine) and Lesignano De' Bagni (Parma), where Levoni PDO dry-cured hams are produced. |
