Levoni and 2016 Vinibuoni d’Italia

Levoni presents the 2016 “Vinibuoni d’Italia” guide, edited by “Touring Club Italiano”.
In this new edition Vinibuoni, in collaboration with Levoni, describes how the Italian salumi tradition can convey a touch of class to the so-called finger food. A cold cut from each Italian region was chosen as key player in the chefs’ inventions.
The official presentation of the guide will take place during the opening of the “Merano Wine Festival” at Teatro Puccini on Saturday, October 07th.
