In 2014 Levoni resumed “The Silver Pig” training for its customers (delicatessen owners, grocers etc.), leading its knowledge and experience in the field of deli meats throughout Italy to the benefit of its customers. The achieved success has been so resounding that the company decided to carry on the training also in 2015, analyzing the theme “Quality of the Levoni deli meats”. The training includes both theoretical analysis/explanations and guided sensory tastings. In particular, the training aims to describe all the necessary steps in order to recognize a good product both visually and evaluating its fragrance, aroma, taste and possible defects.
