That is why it has eliminated or substituted ingredients that could create problems for allergy sufferers, while still respecting the traditional recipes.
Nowadays all Levoni Salumi are lactose free and contain no gluten, and many do not contain milk proteins. |

Levoni certifies that the cooked hams of the Corona line:
- Are made from pork legs of Italian pigs
- Are flavoured using only natural Flavourings following Levoni's exclusive recipes
- Do not contain added polyphosphates
- Do not contain gluten sources
- Do not contain lactose
- Do not contain milk proteins (caseinates and whey proteins)*
