A happy marriage with this Vermentino, that originates between Liguria and Tuscany, to be enjoyed young when it is redolent of broom, musk and brushwood, sure of itself and with a delightful acid progression.
It makes an interesting pairing with Salami dello Scudetto.
The tender texture is due to the paste obtained from lean minced ham. The flavour is mild and delicate.
