Lacrima di Morro d’Alba doc
 To be drunk young, when it unleashes a delicate and characteristic perfume that is vinous, fruity/floral of strawberry, cherry, blueberry and violet. Piqued and intriguing in its taste, with a fairly full-bodied structure, a dry taste and tannin that is never too pungent.
This wine makes a good pairing with Smoked Guanciale.
Pork cheeks, with the rind removed, salted and smoked slowly and naturally. Obtained from pigs reared in Italy. Its taste is characteristic, delicate and smoked.
