The Wine

Collio Doc Friulano

This is the classic Friuli tayut, which used to be called Tocai. The fresh attack, the defined flavour that recalls pear and rennet apples along with its persistent finale mean it can stand up to the traditional approach of those who love adding a little cren (horseradish) to the tasting.
