Naturally smoked, it is a pork-butcher symbol of Campania region. The fragrance of burnt firewood is the top note to be smelled, which is followed by the paprika and vegetable aroma of chilli pepper. The taste is Mediterranean with spicy, marked qualities, yet not prevailing.
