In addition to salamis, coppas, prosciuttos and mortadellas, the Levoni catalogue offers a wide selection of "Speciality products". They are traditional pork products, such as cotechino and zampone, sausages and salamelle, frankfurters and ciccioli. These specialities include some beef products, such as Bresaola della Valtellina, cooked tongue and rump. To meet all customers' demands, Levoni also sells some selected fowl products.

Levoni proposes a complete range of traditional pre-cooked products including Cotechino Modena PGI, Zampone Modena PGI, Cappellotto, pork spareribs, pork shank and veal shank. For Cotechino, Zampone and Cappellotto, Levoni uses a special process for pre-cooking and draining, which preserves the products' organoleptic features and eliminates most of the liquid before vacuum packing. The product is then stabilised with a second cooking process. The result is a superior quality pre-cooked product, which has a long shelf-life at room temperature.
The mix is typical and delicately flavoured. When cutting it, slices are compact. For ribs and shanks, the cooking process is different. They are seasoned with spices and natural flavourings, roasted and browned in the oven in order to diminish the product weight loss during the final cooking. After vacuum packing, products are stabilised with a second cooking process.
These gastronomic specialities do not contain preservatives and are designed to offer consumers a tasty product that seems as if it were homemade, but yet is ready in just a few minutes.
